Where are they now? A look at the lives of famous film characters after their movies ended.


Luke Skywalker.

After Star Wars went backwards and started making prequels, Luke decided that the Jedi lifestyle wasn't for him. However he felt it a waste to throw away all those skills he gained so uses his ability at holding long poles in his new job as a school caretaker where he is primarily responsible for closing windows too high to reach by hand.













The Grinch

Due to unfortunate creative difference between himself and Ron Howard there never was a Grinch 2. The Grinch's acting career subsequently came to a halt and he had to earn a living as a receptionist at a local hairdressing salon. Customers love his green locks but say his phone voice could be improved as they're sometimes unsure he has got their booking correct.










Batman

Batman assumed his crime fighting exploits would be remembered forever after The Dark Knight Rises, but alas just a day later and he'd already been overtaken as the top trend on Twitter by something a member of One Direction had said. Upset by this he gave up the vigilante lifestyle and is now the face of a brand of cough medicine. 'I was Batman,' he says in a gruff voice, before the after shot shows him running through a field of meadows singing with the voice of a choir boy.











The Little Mermaid

The Little Mermaid hoped her time on the silver screen would help her with her dream career in fashion. Unfortunately no-one at Vogue much fancied her look of wearing shells for bras as they felt it was too sensible and none of their readers would appreciate it. Also all her applications to intern at other magazines failed when they learned she couldn't walk on land and that her Oyster Card was a more literal representation of an Oyster than they had imagined.






Totoro

Totoro had ambitions of breaking out of Anime but hadn't read the small print of his contract that said any individuality was strictly forbidden and he must stay in character at all times. Furious, Totoro killed his producer and agent for tricking him into such terms and is now on the run from the police. He was last sighted in southern Florida where it is believed he is pretending to be a fuel pump attendant.











Draco Malfoy

After Harry Potter ended, Draco was saddened to learn that he wasn't quite as evil as he first felt. However he was still a bit of a prick so decided to use these talents to become an account director at a leading advertising agency. He is not liked, but he is respected and has been in Campaign once where he said, and I quote 'Digital will never take off. It's all about print.'












Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise is a scientologist.
